Triggers for migraines

Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes before and after menstruation in women are a major cause of migraine pain.

Dietary habits: Eating certain foods can cause pain in some people. For example:

Excessive caffeine consumption (tea, coffee).

Alcohol consumption.

 

Foods added to Ajinomoto (MSG).

Chocolate, stale foods.

Mental stress: Continuous tension, work pressure, and anxiety are the main triggers for migraines.

Lack of sleep: Not sleeping on time and sleeping too much can cause headaches.

External factors:

Strong light, excessive noise, strong odors (perfume, smoke).

 

Excessive heat or changes in weather.

Genetics: If your parents or siblings have migraines in your family, you are more likely to get them.
