The Kerala Motor Vehicles Department, in coordination with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), now allows vehicle owners to download a legally valid Digital RC online.

Steps to Download via Parivahan Portal

For those who prefer a mobile-first approach, the mParivahan app (available on iOS and Android) is the most efficient tool.

Simply log in, enter your vehicle number, and add it to your “Virtual Dashboard.”

This creates a digital copy with a QR code that can be scanned by authorities during inspections.
