Eating Habits:
Irregular timing: Delaying meals or sitting on an empty stomach for a long time causes acid levels to increase.
Excessive spicy and sour food: Spicy, spicy, and fried foods increase acid production in the stomach.
Overeating: Eating a full stomach at once puts pressure on the stomach and causes acid to come up.
Lying down immediately after eating: Lying down immediately after eating can easily cause acid to enter the esophagus. Therefore, sleep should be at least 2-3 hours after eating.
Drinks: Tea, coffee, alcohol, and carbonated drinks (soda) are the main factors that increase acidity.
Lifestyle: Obesity, lack of exercise, and excessive mental stress affect digestion and cause acidity.
Medications: Regular use of some painkillers can affect the stomach lining and cause acidity.
