Genetic factors: If there is a migraine in the family (mother or father), the risk of it in children is also very high.

Hormonal changes: Changes in the estrogen hormone in women can cause migraines. This can be more felt in the days before menstruation and during pregnancy.

Food and drinks:

Chocolate, cheese, foods containing preservatives (MSG).

Excessive use of caffeine or when stopping it suddenly.

 

Alcohol consumption (especially wine).
